Tom Cotton

Tom co-founded the agency with Jordan Rednor in 2004 in Los Angeles under the name Conductor. By 2008, we had re-located the agency to New York, re-named it Protagonist, and expanded from our original branded entertainment roots to a full-service advertising and social media agency. Tom leads the ExactCast research joint venture with Whitman Insight Strategies, and also leads the account planning discipline at Protagonist. Before Protagonist, Tom led global accounts at FCB, JWT and DDB. He has extensive CPG, technology, B2B, food, financial services and beverage experience.
